Using the Waiting Room might be the best option to control who gets into your meeting. While using your Personal Meeting ID is easier because it is the same each time, it can be easier for uninvited guests to join and be disruptive. It is best to use a unique meeting ID for each separate classroom/meeting. Only students registered for the class should be attending. It is best to not share this ID publicly – this includes via any social media channel such as Facebook or Instagram.
Anytime you share your Zoom ID you are inviting anyone who sees it into your classroom.
